We are expert mechanics on mechanical sewing machines and vacuum cleaners with 30+ years in the business. Every repair gets quality control tested by one of the owners of the store before the customer receives a call of completion.
We take great pride in our status as the top recommended repair center for Dyson and Miele vacuums in the whole New York Metropolitan area. Most repair shops can't even fix this new technology and we are the spot they send you. That says a lot! Nobody does what we do better, Nobody!!
Vacuum Cleaner Repairs
There is a $20 up front CASH charge for estimating vacuum cleaner repairs (this is for MOST household models, commercial vacuums and some models can be more). You will receive your repair estimate within one business day. Repair work is completed in 1 to 3 working days on average once you approve the job. We will even credit the $20 estimate charge off the final repair cost.
Sewing Machine Repairs
There is a $40 up front CASH charge for estimating sewing machine repairs (this is for Most household models, we do not take in electronic and/or commercial sewing machines). You will receive your repair estimate within one business day. Repair work is completed in 1 to 3 working days on average once you approve the job. We will even credit the $40 estimate charge off the final repair cost.
