We are expert mechanics on mechanical sewing machines and vacuum cleaners with 30+ years in the business. Every repair gets quality control tested by one of the owners of the store before the customer receives a call of completion.
We take great pride in our status as the top recommended repair center for Dyson and Miele vacuums in the whole New York Metropolitan area. Most repair shops can't even fix this new technology and we are the spot they send you. That says a lot! Nobody does what we do better, Nobody!!
Vacuum Cleaner Repairs
In MOST cases, vacuum repair inspections are $30 in cash ($40 if paying with a debit or credit card). (If you’d like to know, the exact cost for your vacuum repair inspection, please call the store with your brand and model number). Repair inspections are generally performed within one working day. Unlike some other repair shops, work is not performed until you approve your repair estimate, so you never get stuck with a bill you do not want. Most repairs are completed in 1 to 3 working days after you approve the job. We will even credit the inspection fee off your final repair cost as a business courtesy!
Sewing Machine Repairs
There is a $50 up front CASH charge ($60 if paid by credit/debit card) for estimating sewing machine repairs (this is for Most household models, we do not take in computerized and\or commercial, sewing machines). You will receive your repair estimate within one business day. Repair work is completed in 1 to 3 working days on average once you approve the job. We will even credit the $40 estimate charge off the final repair cost.
