About Us

  Brooke's Appliance Brothers was founded by Steve and Charlie's uncle in 1987. At age 11, the twins began working for their uncle as flyer delivery boys. By age 15, in order to support themselves, they began working for the store as full time salesmen in 2 of the 4 locations while attending night school.  After two years of hard work and saving, the brothers were able to purchase the business from their uncle in 1993 at the young age of 17.  They moved to sell off 3 locations, leaving all but one in the "up and coming neighborhood" of PARK SLOPE where they've been operating since.

We are your neighborhood destination for Vacuum Cleaners, Sewing Machines, Air Conditioners, Air Purifiers, Humidifiers, and other small appliances.  In addition to retail, we also provide the following services: vacuum cleaner and sewing machines repairs, window + wall unit air conditioner installations, and a full service steam cleaning service for carpets, rugs, and upholstery. We deliver to Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Sunset Park, Carroll Gardens, Boerum Hill, Gowanus, Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Kensington, and others.
